Pos:
Game-disrupting interior defensive lineman who projects as a three-technique tackle at the next level. Fires off the snap with an explosive first step, plays with proper pad level and works his hands. Fluid when asked to twist or stunt, agile and shows terrific movement skills. Keeps his feet moving, displays good change of direction and can pursue the action laterally outside the box. Has a wide-bodied build and takes up a lot of room in the middle of the line.
Neg:
Average strength at the point and gets tied up in blocks. Marginal instincts.
Analysis:
Hill was a terrific player at Central Florida the past two seasons and only needs to improve his strength at the point of attack to have a long career at the next level. He looked terrific at the combine and was one of the better defensive tackles during position drills. Hill comes with good upside and should see action as a rookie in the NFL.
