Two-year starter whose senior season was cut short after five games because of a knee injury. Was named to the Outland Trophy watch list and the Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list before the 2016 season. Received Second Team College Sports Madness All-America honors as a senior. Finished his career with 68 tackles and three sacks.
One-time highly rated prospect who has watched his game level off and even regress the past two seasons. Plays with proper pad level and is quick with his hands, working them throughout the action. Fires off the snap with a terrific first step, keeps his feet moving on contact and flashes power in his lower body. Displays a degree of quickness in his game, holds the point and battles through the action.
Rarely gets penetration or makes plays. Easily out-positioned from the action by opponents. Struggled to stay healthy the past two seasons.
Entering the season Tuiloma was graded as a potential mid-round prospect but struggled to get on the field due to injuries. He possesses the size and athleticism to line up at tackle in a four-man front or be used as a two-gap end, but age and injuries may prevent him from even been signed after the draft.
