Three-year starter who acted as an offensive captain in 2016, catching 28 passes for 280 yards and one touchdown. Missed one game with a shoulder injury. Posted 28 receptions for 533 yards and three touchdowns as a junior in 2015, playing in 10 games before a hamstring injury ended his season. Started all 13 games in 2014, leading LSU with 37 receptions for 758 yards and seven touchdowns. Suffered a season-ending knee injury in the 2012 preseason and redshirted.
Nice-sized pass catcher who does not play to his 40 time. Smooth and fluid and easily makes the reception in stride. Adjusts to the errant throw, extends and exposes himself to big hit and possesses soft hands. Reaches back to grab the errant throw, makes the tough catch with defenders draped on him and fights to come away with the contested pass. Stays low exiting breaks, comes back to the ball and works to make himself an available target.
Lacks the deep speed and second gear. Occasionally lets the pass get inside him. Marginal production for a college receiver with outstanding measurables.
Dural was a reliable pass catcher yet wasn’t overly active in the LSU offense. He possesses a large upside and could surprise at the next level as a third or potentially second receiver if the light goes on.
