Productive collegian who is a game-changer as a receiver and return specialist. Shows amazing quickness, easily beats defenders in the first five yards and makes them miss in the open field. Plays with balance and body control and easily adjusts or contorts to grab the errant throw from the air. Terrific route-runner who fires into breaks then stays low on exit, losing no momentum. Remains focused, concentrates and lays out for the difficult catch. Effectively runs underneath routes or crossing patterns and makes the reception in stride. Possesses next-level hand-eye coordination and a sense of timing and shows run-after-catch skill. Consistently extends to make the reception away from his frame. Game-changing punt returner.
Not a true burner who can run to daylight or beat defenders down the field. Not a sturdy receiver.
Switzer is a small but tough receiver who does the little things well and impacts the game in a variety of ways. He possesses size and speed limitations but should be very effective as a slot receiver and return specialist on Sundays.
