Athletic run defending linebacker who displays traits of being a three down defender. Effectively uses his hands to protect himself, takes good angles to the play and pursues laterally with speed. Stacks well against the run, controls blockers allowing teammates to make plays on the ball or wraps up tackling. Stout at the point of attack and explosive. Fires up the field filling gaps in run defense.
Struggles in coverage and possesses average ball skills. Shows more of a short burst of speed which he does not sustain.
