Seven tight ends coaches and one assistant head coach made their way to SDSU today for pro day.

Tight ends coaches from the Philadelphia Eagles, Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens were on hand for the workout. The Ravens also sent their assistant head coach.

Tight end Dallas Goedert, who just started running two weeks ago after rehabbing the hamstring he injured during the first day of Senior Bowl practice, posted a 35-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot-1 broad jump and timed 6.87 in the three-cone and 4.06 in the short shuttle.

He looked terrific in pass-catching and blocking drills. Though he didn’t run the 40, the overall feedback from coaches on hand was positive.

Receiver Jacob Wieneke timed 4.72 in the 40, slower than his time from the combine. Wieneke was impressive during pass catching drills.

Goedert will be making a trip to see the Miami Dolphins for an official predraft visit next week and has workouts scheduled with the Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks.
