While most everyone concentrated on Kyler Murray during yesterday’s pro day at Oklahoma, there were almost a dozen offensive-line coaches on hand to watch the four Sooners linemen who will be drafted in April. Here’s the latest.

Among the teams who had offensive line coaches in Norman were the Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Bucs, New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers and Baltimore Ravens.

Cody Ford is getting a lot of love from teams and is presently a hot name on the offensive line.

The day before the workout, Ford had dinner with the New York Giants, who will look to upgrade their right tackle position during the draft. He also met extensively with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Cincinnati Bengals are also showing a lot of interest in Ford.

Bobby Evans, one of the more underrated blockers available in the draft, is also receiving a lot of interest from the New York Giants as well as the New York Jets and the Carolina Panthers.

Teams love the versatility Evans brings and believe he can line up at any position on the offensive line but center. I was blown away by the progress Evans showed in 2018 and firmly believe he can play left tackle on Sundays.

Guard Dru Samia was one of the busiest offensive linemen the prior 48 hours. He met with the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Bucs and Detroit Lions

Samia is a solid Day 3 pick who could eventually start on Sundays.
