Bio:
Three-year starter who combined to make 28 receptions for 314 yards over his final three seasons with Minnesota. Received the Bruce Smith Award as the team’s Outstanding Offensive Player.
Pos:
Massive tight end prospect who can be used as a sixth offensive lineman. Strong, explosive and turns defensive ends from the action or removes them from the play altogether. Bends his knees blocking, keeps his head on a swivel and always looks for someone to hit. Offers the quarterback a tremendous target, follows the passer across the field and works to separate from defenders.
Neg:
Bends at the waist and does not finish blocks the way he should. Average pass catcher. Marginal quickness.
Analysis:
Wozniak is an impressive-looking specimen who has flashed ability the past two seasons and works to get as much as possible from that ability. He can line up as a blocking tight end or third offensive tackle in goal line and short-yardage situations if he completes his game.
