Bio:
Three-year starter who was named Honorable Mention All-Big 12 in 2017 and earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl. Started every game at left tackle as both a junior and a senior. Made starts in all 13 games in 2015.
Pos:
Productive and durable left tackle who projects to the right side at the next level. Blocks with proper fundamentals, quickly gets his hands up and stays square. Explosive at the point, keeps his head on a swivel and works well with teammates. Keeps his feet moving, works his hands and jolts defenders with violent punch. Anchors in pass protection, blocks with a nasty attitude and easily out-positions defenders from the action.
Neg:
Lacks footwork and range off the corner. Lacks agility and struggles to finish blocks.
Analysis:
Noteboom did a terrific job in the TCU offense, where he was basically by himself on the weak side. He lacks the agility and footwork to stay at left tackle in the NFL, and a move to the right side or perhaps inside to guard is in his future.
