Bio:
First-year starter at tight end who caught eight passes for 69 yards and two touchdowns as a senior. Started two games at fullback and made 10 receptions for 58 yards while rushing seven times for 17 yards in 2016. Made five starts at fullback and made one catch for one yard as a sophomore.
Pos:
Underrated tight end/fullback who does the little things well. Strong, powerful and plays the fullback position like an offensive lineman. Stays square, accelerates into blocks and plays with an aggressive attitude. Quick out to the second level, explosive at the point and effectively gets a pad on linebackers to disrupt their angles of attack. Solid pass catcher with the ability to adjust to errant throws and make receptions in stride.
Neg:
Lacks great size and struggles to finish blocks. Best between the tackles and struggles to get around the corner. Average offensive production.
Analysis:
Moore was a terrific prospect for LSU who did the little things well but lacks any outstanding dimension to his game. His intensity and attention to detail could help him catch on in a west coast offense.
