Bio:
Two-year starter who earned First Team All-MEAC honors in 2016. Started to receive playing time in the secondary midway through his sophomore season. Finished his senior year with a team-leading 75 tackles and four interceptions.
Pos:
Nice-sized cornerback with poor next-level speed. Plays heads-up football, takes proper angles to the action and wraps up tackling. Effective facing the action, recognizes coverage assignments in the middle of the field and competes to defend the throw or come away with the interception. Tracks the pass in the air and does not make mental mistakes.
Neg:
Possesses average quickness, lacks a closing burst and plays with limited explosion.
Analysis:
Bryant possesses solid ball skills but is a poor athlete. He projects primarily as a special-teams player that could be used in certain dime packages.
