Pos:
Explosive vertical receiver who displays home run-hitting speed. Quickly releases off the line of scrimmage, has a burst and displays the ability to beat defenders in a foot race down the field. Runs solid routes, quickly gets into breaks and uses his hands to separate from opponents. Displays a sense of timing on receptions, tracks the pass in the air and nicely adjusts to make the errant reception at full speed. Possesses soft hands and the ability to pluck the ball from the air and works to pick up yardage after the catch. Solid downfield blocker.
Neg:
Struggled with injury throughout his senior season. Has a linear build. Not strong and loses out in battles.
Analysis:
Hall displayed himself to be a legitimate big-play threat the past two seasons and is one of the more underrated receivers in this year’s draft. He must fill out his frame, get a little stronger and stay healthy, but Hall could eventually develop into a starter at the next level.
