Pos:
Large pocket passer with a strong arm. Remains patient in the pocket, stands strong against the rush and naturally looks off the safety. Buys as much time as possible for targets, steps up to avoid defenders or gets outside the box to make the throw on the move. Sells ball fakes, improvises when plays break down and throws with an over-the-top delivery. Takes the safe underneath outlet if nothing else is available. Displays a big-time arm and shows the ability to drive deep passes and get speed on lateral throws.
Neg:
Misses wide open receivers and has passes get away from him. Often doesn’t give receivers a chance to come away with the reception. Does not throw with proper footwork.
Analysis:
Dunne possesses the size and arm strength to play at the next level, but he needs work on his mechanics from the ground up. He's a potential practice-squad prospect if he displays some sort of accuracy over the summer.
