Broke into the starting lineup as a junior and started the first two games as a senior before suffering a season-ending back injury. Made 19 starts at right tackle and one at left tackle during his Hoosiers career.
Large, strong offensive tackle prospect who is now a medical risk. Works to bend his knees, possesses tremendous size and is a strong run blocker. Plays with a nasty attitude, stays with assignments and works to annihilate opponents. Explosive at the point, stays square and easily controls defenders once engaged at the point. Works well with linemates.
Ducks his head which hurts his ability to finish blocks. Not light on his feet, lumbers around the field and has proven ineffective any distance from the line of
scrimmage. Lacks footwork and lateral range in pass protection.
Entering the season Camiel was a potential late-round choice, but back surgery that ended his season in October has put that in jeopardy. He possesses the size, strength and ability to back up at right tackle if healthy.
