Broke into the starting lineup as a junior and started the first two games as a senior before suffering a season-ending back injury. Made 19 starts at right tackle and one at left tackle during his Hoosiers career.
Large, strong offensive tackle prospect now a medical risk. Works to bend his knees, possesses tremendous size and a strong run blocker. Plays with a nasty attitude, stays with assignments and works to annihilate opponents. Explosive at the point, stays square and easily controls defenders once engaged at the point. Works well with line mates.
Ducks his head which hurts his ability to finish blocks. Not light on his feet, lumbers around the field and ineffective any distance from the line scrimmage. Lacks footwork and lateral range in pass protection.
Entering the season Camiel was a potential late round choice but the back surgery which ended his season in October now puts that jeopardy. He possesses the size, strength and ability to back up at right tackle if healthy.
