Bio:
First-year starter who earned First Team All-GSC honors in 2017. Missed two full seasons after getting kicked off the Texas football team for failing multiple drug tests in 2014, his first season with the Longhorns after transferring from junior college.
Pos:
Incredibly athletic offensive tackle prospect with a limited body of work. Fluid, agile and has excellent length. Moves well about the field, smoothly slides off the edge in pass protection and easily adjusts to oncoming pass rushers. Explosive, stays square and plays with a nasty attitude. Displays potential blocking in motion.
Neg:
Character issues are major red flags. Lacks balance and bends at the waist. Must improve his playing strength. Slow to react to defenders’ moves off the snap.
Analysis:
Harrison was a well-traveled player who finally settled down at West Georgia this season and turned in a terrific campaign. He comes with a tremendous amount of upside potential but needs work on the field and discipline off the field. If Harrison pulls it all together, he could eventually start in the NFL.
