Bio:
Three-year starter at right guard who was named Second Team All-ACC as a senior in 2016. Earned Honorable Mention All-ACC as a junior. Missed the first 10 games of his redshirt freshman season with a foot injury. Finished his career with 39 consecutive starts.
Pos:
Consistent and durable college blocker with next level size. Sets with a wide base, keeps his feet moving and stays square. Bends his knees blocking with leverage, strong at the point and controls opponents once engaged in a block. Turns defenders from the line opening up the running lanes. Keeps his head on a swivel, works well with linemates and sees the blitz.
Neg:
Heavy footed, cannot slide in space and ineffective blocking in motion.
Analysis:
Isidora is a tough, slug it out blocker really best in a small area. He has athletic limitations but is a nasty lineman who will do well in a conventional running offense.
