Bio:
Three-year starter who earned the SoCon Jacob Blocking Award twice. Earned First Team All-America honors from College Sports Madness and the AFCA as a senior as well as Second Team All-America accolades from STATS and AP. Earned All-America honors from STATS, AFCA, Walter Camp, College Sports Madness, AP and the Sports Network as both a sophomore and a junior. Played in 52 games and started 51.
Pos:
Strong, small-area blocker who fights through the action. Sets with a wide base, works to bend his knees and stays square. Keeps the defender in front of him, blocks with proper pad level and seals opponents from the action. Flashes quickness if asked to kick out or pull across the line of scrimmage. Plays with a nasty attitude and keeps his head on a swivel. Anchors at the point or turns defenders from the action.
Neg:
Lacks footwork in space. Shows stiffness in his game and struggles to adjust.
Analysis:
Levin is a nice-sized lineman with a fairly athletic game who could effectively develop into a backup at the next level.
