Inconsistent college running back with terrific next-level possibilities. Well-rounded, shows strength carrying the ball on the inside and speed around the corner. Patient, effectively follows blocks and consistently finds the running lanes. Displays a burst through the hole, the agility to turn the corner and uses an effective straight arm to keep opponents away. Keeps his feet moving, shows the ability to pick up difficult yardage, breaks tackles and drags defenders down the field. Displays above-average playing speed, keeps the play in bounds and works runs. Terrific pass catcher out of the backfield who extends his hands and snatches the ball from the air. Displays terrific short-area quickness with the ability to avoid piles and defenders and creates yardage.
Not a true perimeter runner. Ineffective when he runs east/west. Struggled with inconsistency and injury through the early part of his college career.
Clement was supposed to be the heir apparent at Wisconsin and finally took hold of the starting job as a senior. He displays a lot of skill on the field, which he later showcased during the Senior Bowl. If it continues to come together for Clement, he could surprise at the next level.
