Pos:
Underrated linebacker who consistently makes positive plays on the field. Instinctive, effectively diagnoses the action and quickly locates the ball. Efficient, remains disciplined with assignments and takes good angles to the action. Breaks down well, defeats blocks and shows ability in space. Does not bite on ball fakes. Fluid flipping his hips in transition and shows quickness. Chases around the field, works to make plays and is constantly around the action.
Neg:
Lacks next-level size and speed numbers and is minimally effective in pursuit. Ineffective on the blitz.
Analysis:
Bower is a limited athlete but a very good football player who gets the most from his ability. Underrated in most areas of the scouting community, he has the tools to back up at the next level and comes with a special-teams mentality.
