Bio:
Rotational running back who led Georgia Southern in rushing touchdowns in 2016 and 2017. Started four games and rushed 141 times for 578 yards and six touchdowns as a senior. Carried 84 times for 343 yards and eight TDs as a junior. Named Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt and posted 816 rushing yards and 13 scores on 165 carries in 2015. Rushed for 12 touchdowns as a true freshman and carried 148 times for 691 yards.
Pos:
Underrated ball carrier effective as a ball carrier and as a pass catcher. Helps the quarterback sell ball fakes, displays vision and finds small creases in the offensive line. Possesses burst through the hole, has an aggressive style and drives his shoulders through defenders to pick up difficult yardage. Nicely adjusts to errant throws and makes receptions with his hands as a pass catcher.
Neg:
More of a straight-line back and loses quickness and balance when changing direction. Average size. Comes off a disappointing senior campaign.
Analysis:
Ramsby was consistently productive at Georgia Southern and projects as a third-down back based on his versatility.
